Update
Well, this morning my 73 Runner was taken to a local resto shop for some minor c-pillar rust repair and vinyl top installation (owner's wife works with my Fiance). I woke up this morning way too early (6:00) but couldn't sleep, so of course I had to go out to the garage and spend a little time with her before the truck came. I haven't even driven this car other than tooling down my street and back. I had to put a seat in, since the interior is stripped except for headliner and dash. I followed the tow truck to the shop, and couldn't believe how many people were pointing and staring (at the car, not me). At this resto shop were a number of Mopars including a Cuda and a Challenger and a few other old cars in various stages of resto. I'll take some pix of the cars he's got lying around next time I'm there. One car is a massive old Galaxy 500, that made my car look like a Yugo, lol. There were a couple mid 60's Plymouths and a 60's Camaro. Out back is a salvage yard, and I hope he lets me take a stroll next time there. I could spend a lot of time in a place like that! Can't wait to get my car back though...and the Grundy form goes out Monday.
