Paging all 1970 & 1971 Plymouth owners

Post by Alaskan_TA » Thu Mar 01, 2007 10:00 pm

Hello gang,
I was able to purchase and scan the 1970 Plymouth, Chrysler & Imperial Press Release as well as the 1971 Plymouth, Chrysler, Imperial & Simca Press Release. They include the photos and text that were released by Chrylser to the newspapers and magazines when these car were new, each one is several pages long.

You can now view both of them online at these links;

1970 - http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/photos-va-4.shtml

1971 - http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/photos-va-5.shtml

Just use the index and click on the parts of them that you would like to view.

Special thanks to the Moparts member that sold them to me, it is appreciated! :beer:

My webmaster is loading up some other scans as well, so stay tuned for even more cool info coming your way soon. :wink:

T/Ake care,
Barry

Notice in Barry's pictures of the Sattelite Sebring and the Road Runner, both have engine cal out stickers on the fenders with the standard hood!

Remember, those were pre-production photos. That being said, I do remember seeing an SSP 383 4bbl car in a junkyard back in the day that had the fender callouts.
