I see that Allen Fox of Ultimate Rides is finally recovering the 71-4 B-body dash pads. Better late than never.

Nicks Classic Parts will be carrying these Dash Pads....
I have been in contact with Allen and I will be carrying these on my Website, we are working out the pricing and I should have them ready to sell. Product looks good and Allen has taken the time to do these right.....

How much does it cost to to have a pad repaired as opposed to buying a new one?

I got an estimate of $450.00 about two years ago from Just Dashes. I've heard they have gone up though.

I would have bought one of them, but I picked up a nice tan dash pad for $45 on ebay. My max bid was 200, I didnt expect to get it for $45. Now I can get rid of the dash cap that I bought.
I think that is a steep price to pay for a pad but what can we do? The dash Is the center piece of the car. It's like the frosting on a cake. I hope the prices go down a little because I know I will have a few more b bodies before I'm done.

Do the 73-74's have the same dash pads as the 71-72's?
