Interesting find

Post by pistol grip » Wed Feb 14, 2007 12:09 am

Last weekend I was at the RM Auctions in Ft. Lauderdale looking to see how the selling market was doing specially on the Mopars, towards the end of the day I notice in the corner of my eye lots of people around a beautiful 71 charger rt 440 magnum 4 speed orange and black and this one particular individual who seem to be a know it all, so after a couple of BEERS later and seeing him pointing at the car and acting like an expert I desided to ask him the question that will detirmine if he really knew what he was talking about or just full of it, "Excuse me (burp), so how much will this car bring in tonight (burp)" So he looked at me straight into the eyes and said "Well, in order for my to give you any advice I will have to charge you a fee" so thinking this guy was a rip off I asked him for a business card, and guess what the card read "Galen V. Govier" I was in shock and I think I passed out.(burp)..... :D A very interesting story that I will always remember.

Let it be heard that the Great God (G.G.) has spoken! Unfortunately, I feel that he's gotten too damn big for his own britches!
