What do you think this is worth. 71 RR (RM23) It's a 383 4 speed with AC. Buckets, console and ralley dash. I do not have the engine for the car. I have pics of everything. The car is located in central Pennsylvania. I'm a big boy I can take your honest answers. Rick

You say that you dont have the engine, but I am assuming that everything else is included, tranny, shifter, A/C unit, console, etc...I would hope that you paid less than $2500 or thereabouts....

2500-3000 at the most, but give him a offer, show him you have the money. Money usually talks.

Are you guys serious? Unless it has serious rust issues, in the current market I'd think it was $4-5K easy. What was the original color and options? Does it have a fender tag?

Well the original color combo won't help the value...although I happen to think the gold with gold strobe stripe is a very cool combination. I'll stay with my original estimate.

Just for reference, I paid in the 2-3K range for mine. While the car was complete, I replaced the entire outer skin from the body line down, as well as chunks of the firewall and inner fenders.
Depending on the condition of the frame and trunk pan, I would agree with anything from $2k-$4k. Though if I was a buyer, I'd be fighting for as low as possible. :)

I would tend to think the 2-5K range. it all depends on what is there and the condition. The condition of the frame and Body is HUGE factor for me. Serviceability of the running gear- Springs, shocks, brakes, steering, ect Plus all the little things like trim and such

Just fromthe looks- with th erust bubbling up on the 1/4s I would think 3 would be the ballpark. Just because if the rust was bad enough to replace the fllors, I would eb concerned with the frame rails.
4th generation B bodys- there is no substitute.

There is no purchase price now(was 5500 obo). My son does not want to to sell it now. We are going to finish the brakes and patch the quarters put a 383 and the 4 speed in it and drive it this summer. Rick
