Hello all, I've posted a few times on here in the past but, never properly introduced myself. My name is Chad and I own a '71 Road Runner. I live in Massachusetts. I purchased it approximately 4 years ago. It needs a lot of TLC!! Hopefully this spring I can start working on it. The tag reads:
R11 V21 V8X 26 END
J81 L31 M21 N41 N42
B51 G11 H51 J25 J45 J78
GY8 U A01 A45 A87 B41
GY8 H2X9 TX9 709
E65 D32 RM23 N1G
This site is great and I have learned a lot from you all!!

Welcome to the Nest! From the looks of the tag that's a fairly well-optioned Runner! Got any pics?

That is towelie, a character from South Park. It says "I have no idea what's going on". I do have a few photos that I took when I purchased the car almost 4 years ago. I will try to post them tomorrow. I will have to warn you in advance. My car is not a pretty site

As you probably know from my previous posts, I need new quarters and much of the interior. The engine is not numbers matching but, correct date and application. Thanks for the warm welcome. I will be asking a ton of questions in the near future!! This is a great forum!!!!

Wow, those came out a bit large

. Can someone tell me how to post smaller photos? Anywho, I addressed the surface rust issues and the car is currently all primer. As you all can see, I have a long way to go! I was thinking of painting it myself but, I'm a little afraid of dying a horrible death from iso's. This winter I will be squaring away my garage (isulation, drywall, lights, etc.) and then the work should begin.

I resized them for you. Just make sure your resolution/physical file size is smaller. All I did to your images is change the resolution from 200 dpi to 96 dpi and viola, smaller images!
Looks like a cool project!

BTW, what's up with the orange jams?
