What is the correct Holley??? carburetor for N96 cars.

Different between 71-72??
Type?
Part number?

There is a fella I know who has a huge stack of square bore
Holleys...and i can trade an old Rochester (came on a RR I got..
go figure musta been tinkered on by a chevy guy) FOR A rebuilt
Holley....!! But I just need to give him the part number.

Take care Scott

I believe the correct answer would be three two-barrels! :D

(waiting for Dave to chime in and tell me it would be two four-barrels)

Are you asking about 440 or 383 cars? See my above post for 383...yes they were Holley

I understand that Holley carbs were used on all air grabber 383 cars regardless of whether or not they were four-speed or automatic.

I think standard hood four speed cars came with a Holley and an automatic, standard hood car came with a Carter AVS.

I guess this I am asking a general question....

what I have read so far "I think" is that all airegrabbers got a square bore
holley???

airgrabber came on 340-383-400-440 with Holley...no carter avs and no
thermoquad???

is there documentation for this?

take care scott
