Those look pretty good! Were you able to get all your plastics done with just 1 can of the SEM stuff?

Scott - yes sir I was able to get all of the trim including the two A-pillar pieces done with one can of SEM.
I did use a black primer first.

Now, I have a little dilemma - I had bought the 10pc window fuzzies kit from Top Cat.

Included in it are the 2 pieces that attach to the side window trim piece.

If you look carefully, the mounting tabs that are located on the curved section are spaced farther apart than the slot locations on the trim piece. The 2 tabs on the straight portion will work along with the tab at the start of the curve, but the last one at the top of the curve - no way.
So I dig out the old rubber piece that I took off the trim piece and compare them.

See the difference?
Looks to me that the previous owner must have MacGyvered the rubber to fit the trim.
Has anyone else had an issue with this piece?
Looks like I'm gonna have to remove the offending tab and then glue the piece in that area right to the trim piece.

I did a fit check of the sail panel with the trim piece next to it.

Then, I did the final install of both of them.

I'm gonna have to use a steamer come spring to get the headliner wrinkles out just above the sail panels.
Next it was on to the rear package tray.

I ordered the package tray from RM reproductions & am not happy with the fit.
It looks to be too narrow.
I have a gap on both sides.

Are they suppose to have a gap?
Since I didn't have one to begin with, I don't know what the final fit should look like.

I got a chance to spray some black primer followed by the SEM Landau black on the rear side panels.

Then, spray some trim paint.

I do like the finish that the SEM paint gives.
Next it was time to install the arm rest.

Get the ash tray mounted and install the panel in the car.

With the sound deadner in place, the panel had to be pushed down on the deadner to get it in place. Plus get the wires that run front to back in place behind the panel.

I don't have the ash tray for the other side - so I ordered one from airgrabber.com website.
I don't need to have brand new ones - besides the cost of $100 each! I'll make due with used ones.
I went ahead and installed the right side rear panel.

Yeah, I would not like the fit on that rear package tray piece also. Throw a tape measure on that baby and let me know how long it is. I have my broken original that I can measure to see if the lengths match up or not.

Scott, I went out and measured it and I get 58 1/2".

Can anyone tell me if the lower mounting tab for the backrest - does the frame just sit on that tab or does the tab have to be bent to hold the frame securely?

Finally remembered to measure my original package tray piece - and you are spot on with 58 1/2". If I end up with gaps like that, I might have to just lay some extra material in the gaps to hide the metal showing through. For the lower tabs on the upper rear seat frame - my tabs are slightly bent in the outboard direction to secure the seat frame. But once the lower rear seat frame is set in place - it kind of holds the bottom part of the upper seat frame in place. Great progress!!!

I think once the rear glass is in place that area will hardly be noticeable.

In the meantime I had to start repairing my door panels.
I can't justify the nearly $500 CDN a pair of re-pop door panels cost. Not mention shipping and duty and all that other crap....

So I'll fix these and dye them.
First order of business, get the carboard fixed by gluing.
