Torque boxes

Post by 71Beeper » Wed Feb 22, 2012 7:59 am

Is anyone making the torque boxes for 71's? I see US car tool makes them for the 1970 model. I wonder if they would fit the 71's.

I know they are made since they used my NOS set for samples. I will try and find out who it was.

I just instaled front and rear boxes from these guys:

http://www.autorust.com/

had a bad rep before - seems like they picked up the quality control a bunch! fit with no cutting/grinding/bending which was nice for a change...also the customer service was great!
400 stroked to 470ci, 3:55 Eaton true trac, slightly upgraded suspension lol

I gotta say the one's I bought from Resto Rick are factory looking in every way.
I did have to trim them a bit as the side of my frame connector wanted to take up the same space. :D

Currently out of stock, according to his site. At least for the rear ones. I'm looking for the front and rears.
