will a 73 roadrunner roof work on a 72 roadrunner

i have a guy that needs a roof for his 72 roadrunner,i have one off a 73 roadrunner was wondering are they the same,or is there a difference??will it work on his car.

No the area around the back windows is completely different.

the roofs are the same 71-74 Dodge or Plymouth. The quarter panels are different, and it uses the same back window, charger or satellite

Maybe the skin. Also you cannot use the inside roof trim from a 74 in a 72, they're not the same.

You might be right, I bet there is something different with the structure. When did they change the number of headliner bows? The trim is still different for some reason.
I'll go back to tinkering with E's and A's

BTW nice 71 too bad they ruined it with those wheels and painting the grille wrong.

Yeah I hear you. That car puzzles me. One. it's not the factory dana, it's a Strange dana. Two it's not a factory air grabber car, there's no hole in the firewall for the hoses. Three. It has disc brakes on it, but it's factory drums. It didn't come with louvers or a console and there is no pic of the VIN or fender tag. Plus there's no shots of the underneath to see if it has boxed in springs or not.I think it's a 383 car.
