hood scoop stripes with "N96 hood

I was just looking over my window sticker for the car and noticed that it has the roof strobe and also the A87. Decor package that calls out "hood scoop stripes". Does that mean it should have the stripes on the hood along side the Air Grabber also, or was that the strobe stripe that came out over the fender?

All the stripes should be indicated on the fender tag.

Only hood stripes you could get with the N96 was the blackout directly behind the bulge in 71, or the V21/V25 longitudinal strips in 72 (like my car). No transverse hood/fender stripes with N96.

71, ok, I didn't realize that blackout section behind the scoop was a stripe. That makes sense then. Speaking of the fender tag, I have to remember where I stashed that. I just the saw the damn thing too.

For 1971 V21 "hood stripes" was:
paint behind the fiberglass N96 hood bubble to the edge of the hood.
with V21

with out V21

w/o N96 it was stripes inside the hood "C" accents
with V21

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the A87 package in 71 included the V21 performance hood treatment. There would also be the V21 on the tag.
