rear wing
could you get a rear wing for the 73-74 roadrunners as an option, or not i would like to get one for my 73 runner because the back of the car looks so naked. let me know if so or if you have one to sell, i also can get a part for the back of the 73-74 runners that goes on the bumper to close the gap,

Re: rear wing
Unfortunately after 1971 Chrysler dropped a lot of optional dress up goodies for the B-body. Including the rear wing. They used up on early '72 Road Runners the trunklids from '71 which had the holes for the wing brackets built at St. Louis, and I've noticed that Canadian built RRs seemed to have the '71 style trunklid throughout the whole year. I've seen several '73 & '74 Runners and Satellites where the owner put a wing on the trunklid. Which looks good. They reproduce the rear wing and brackets which you do see listed in ebay. Which costs about the same as a real one, or less, and the repro wing is made better. Unless you get one of those early '70 style reproduction rear wings made years ago where it warped up and down with the sun during the day! Personally I like the looks of the '71 wing better. But some guys like the '70, and install those too. The '70 wing reminds me too much of a Ford wing.

Sometimes I get to feeling that if Xmas, Fathers Day and my Birthday did not exist, then aftershave too would not exist.

Re: rear wing
I agree putting the spoiler is another step in taking your car to a new level. Unless you are trying to have a concours restoration trailer queen that only gets driven off a trailer and put away I say enjoy the car and like they say at a HARVEYS restaurant......Have it your way.
I have seen quite a few 73-74 with spoilers and they look great.

Re: rear wing
If you're concerned of taking away from the value of your car. Then why not buy another trunklid, and take the one off of the car, and put it away in the garage? When you sell the car. Swap the trunklid. You won't have any problem selling the trunklid with the spoiler on it.
Re: rear wing
That wing really looks good on your car.
My believe in car value is that unless you own something really rare like a Hemi roadrunner then make the car into what you want. There are 2 types of classic car buyers....those that want an unmolested original and lets face it there are not many true original cars out there and those that want a cool muscle car. I think that anyone looking to purchase your car down the road would look at the spoiler in favour and that would increase its resale but then again I am only the master of my own opinion. Lets just say that if I was looking for a 73-74 I would love the spoiler option.

Re: rear wing
No im not worried about the value i already put the hood pins and turn signal indicaters on plus the 360. I am going to put one on I really like how they look. It wakes up the back of the car plus when i go a 130 mph on the highway it should help maybe. thank you all for the great info. Is there anybody else in the forum from Utah. Im in sunset about 35 miles North of Salt Lake City.
Re: rear wing
I am no worried about the wing messing with the value of my car, I have another trunk lid I put in my loft, so if no one likes the wing they can have the other trunk lid. I like it and think it makes my car look awesome. Even installed the Hood Pins.
