B body Radios

Anyone had any experience with these repro units? They claim to be an exact fit to the OG radio unit... but for $600 it seems quite steep. Any thoughts?

WOW..That is steep. Do you have one already? They take them and put all new stuff in it and puts a Mp3 jack in it if you want. Their work is good! Check it out. BTW- I think Herb's parts gets most or all of the work from him anyway (could be wrong)

I have to have a radio and it can't be more than a decade or two old.

You really need to mass produce those things. I have the skills, but not the time.

Hmmmnh... I guess you have to factor in the cost for the og unit, the internal mnechanism, labor, overheads etc. The Man is entitled to make a living... I like the way these look and work... might try it out. If anyone knows my wife, can they tell her it's something I picked up at a meet for $20!
