What's that under the floor ? !
Looks like expanding foam filler ? I have been digging rust out of mine for a while now, it's on the road now, but when it wasn't it's sometimes hard to keep your morale up when you're finding more and more problems
But you have a great project there good luck
don't worry about having a little ole 318, probably the majority of mopar owners have 'em while dreaming of 440's and hemis
. More and more parts are coming on the market for 73/74 B bodies no quarters yet though
and I'd be surprised if there was no rust in yours.
anyhoo good luck,it's a steep but enjoyable learning curve and you've saved another mopar!
Cheers Doug

nice find good luck with the reto i think AMD make floor and trunk pans for the 73 74 . not to rain on your parade but that isnt an original 440 car or an bigblock for that matter chances are the 318 is the original motor G code car .

I'm sure they had that page on their site for years without ever producing any quarter patch panels

You're correct on the hood...also, if that is a true 440 car, would it not automatically become a GTX?
I'd put that back to stock as I believe the production numbers are in the sub-400 range for that car.
Nice find!

yes a 440 road runer is a road runner / GTX only 117 made in 1973 and 79 made in 1974 . this rr is not a big block car , it has the small metal inspection cover on the passenger side inner fender BIG BLOCK cars 400s & 440s have a larger opening with a rubber cover .

As mentioned above, AutoBody Specialties can go die in a fire. I love how they have the inner fenders listed as '72-'74...really? Do they even bother trying any more since AMD came on the market?
And yeah, I'll bet that the patch panels have been 'coming soon' or 'call for prices' since '97...I'll have to dig up an old catalog and see.

Ironically enough Auto Body Specialties is now an AMD dealer... but I'd do business with any number of real Mopar guys and friends long before I'd deal with ABS.
