I'm in the process of closing the deal to sell my 70 Challenger. Took the Challenger in trade a couple months ago against my 72 Cuda project, with the intent of selling it this summer. I took it on the Power Tour in hopes it would grow on me to the point of wanting to keep it. While it performed admirably during the 2900 mile odyssey, it's not a car I want to keep.
So I put it out there a week or so ago and I was fortunate to find a buyer rather quickly. Got a few other folks interested waiting in the wings as well.
Now I need to decide what to do next. Part of me wants to jump into another Mopar right away. I'm also hearing a the voice of reason telling me it might be a good time to take a break from the hobby.
So while I sort out the inner conflict, I'm keeping my eyes open for a nice 71/72 Roadrunner, specifically a 4 speed. Air Grabber, bucket seat car.

Well, since we can't get rid of you on this board, even when you owned a E-body, I'd say your a 71/72 Roadrunner guy at heart. I wouldn't say take a break from mopar's.....I would sell the E-body, step back, know the exact 71/72 you want (which I think you do), and just wait for that certain Roadrunner to pop up for sale.

Spoke with them briefly. Requested additional info. Never called me back.BuckNeccid wrote:The black one in Charleston didn't pan out?
They were about as informative over the phone as their Ebay listing.
