Wheel code question
Hi , I am trying to find out which type of wheel came on my car from the factory. On the broadcast sheet under " WHEELS" it has : under the word "ROAD" 52/ under the word "COLOR" Tx8 / under the word "SPARE" 59 and under WHEEL COVER 24 It is a 1971 roadrunner built in Windsor Ontario Canada THANKS for you help,
Ron

Re: Wheel code question
I'll be interested to compare that with my broadcast sheet. I know my car came with painted steel wheels and full (UGLY AS SIN!) wheel covers.

Re: Wheel code question
Wouldn't he have "road" wheels?

Re: Wheel code question
Very well might, but I think the broadcast sheet might call them all road wheels other than rallyes... That's why I wanted to compare it to mine. FWIW, his doesn't seem to be a really optioned out RR, so he could very well have had the painted steel wheels and wheel covers like mine...

Re: Wheel code question
Road/52 - 14x5.5" Rallye wheel
Spare/59 - 14x5.5 stamped steel wheel (this is your spare and would be painted black)
Wheel cover/24 - trim ring (for your rallye wheels)
Spare/59 - 14x5.5 stamped steel wheel (this is your spare and would be painted black)
