what is this ? it is a plastic type bolt thing on my driverside inner fender by the inspection cover .

I believe it's to locate the bottom lug of the windshield washer bottle

On my '71, the ww bottle is on the p/s where the radiator support meets the inner fender.

that is where my radiator overflow is on my 74
