Ok - it was touch and go for us there for a while, but Lynne, Sam, Jess and I will be there. Looking forward to it!

Re: who's going to carlisle
my plan is to take a trip when the satellite is finally done and my boy's old enough to get something out of going to carlisle or nats...maybe in about 5 years or so
Re: who's going to carlisle
Yep, I'll be there displaying my cartoon artwork in the US Car Tool booth again (VERY close to the T Building). Stop by and get a US Car Tool HemiCuda t-shirt! Only $15 with some really COOL artwork on it... if I do say so myself.

Re: who's going to carlisle
Well, Carlisle was a great show as always. It was good to meet you 71roadrunnerm51 and get a chance to see your car.
Also good to see friends again, dinner with Dave and Bruce (and their families) Friday night, and Gary, Pam and the gang Saturday evening.
Also saw Moparmarks and Rick Gorski back in the swap meet on Friday. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to connect with Andy this time, maybe at the Nats.

Re: who's going to carlisle
Man what a weekend !
Thursday nite me and Gorski set up
Friday we sat around in the AM and sold parts , got ready for the track , the 1/8th was fun
polyglass really suck with no weight in the trunk
Saturday put the car in the Supercar spot and then the threat of rain made me put it away at 2pm and then it never rained
by the time I really got to go buy any parts it was Saturday nite and all the vendors had left or tarped up .
all
I think I covered the showfield and all the remaining vendor spots - all I bought was a decent
Air grabber hood complete
Now I gotta find a car to put it on
Stopped by the Moparts tent and got a Ashtray donated by Tonys for my console
that was the best score of the weekend ..
Wished I would known where everyone was , would have been fun to putnames with faces ..
The participation at Carlisle seemed down significantly this year .. But it made it less crazy
Hope everyone had a safe trip home .

Re: who's going to carlisle
I was in ONE spot most of the weekend--in my booth right next to US Car Tool and next door to the T building... You couldn't miss me--especially with my 3 cute spokes-models working my booth.

Re: who's going to carlisle
I saw the three cuties and most likely your wife while you were searching for parts .I talked to the guys at the us tools booth on sunday they said you left saturday night . It just wasn't in the cards maybe next year

Re: who's going to carlisle
Yeah, the 7 hour drive and having to go to work on Monday means I have to leave after things are done on Saturday. Hey, I was including my wife as one of those three cuties! Watch it buddy!
Um, who was the third cutie you refer to besides my wife, John at US Car Tool?
