For now I'm in the "dreamer" category, but hope to change that sometime this life-hehe-
I enjoy a lot this site, keep up the great work. I consider the '71-'72 B bod one of the most significant muscle car, maybe the first time they realized they HAVE to style them properly too.
I like a little the '73-'74 style too, altough I consider it being uglier (especialy the rear) it sold like crazy compared to the '71, '72.
Seems that the total prod. numbers (satellite, RR and GTX included was:
'70: 85.2k;
'71: 80.1k;
'72: 73.8k;
'73: 97.6k;
'74: 72.6k.
My dream car would be a '71 with pained bumpers, no go-wing, short springs, 500 or 542 stroker with edelbrock aluminium heads, 10.5:1 pump gas friendly, with a nice cam, with the power band up to 5500 rpm, and a nice dual plane, a torque monster. then the hemi 4 speed and a dana 60 diff.
Of course, everyone have dreams, I'll probably be happy with any 440 RR-hehe-
Take care
PS When the right occasion will come by I know I'll need all the help I can get...
Just wanted to say Hi
