Re: Continuing progress on the 72’ Road Runner/GTX
Nope, same car. We parted ways with MCR on the resto. It's a long story. My dad owns a car dealership and we're doing the bodywork in our body shop. The car in in E-coat currently and the body work is starting this week. The rotisserie should be here soon. Ended up buying a Direct Lift. It was $1015 including shipping and all of the attachments. I would have liked to buy a US Cartool rotisserie, but couldn't justify the extra expense to do one car.

I made up my own attach brackets for this specific body, bolting to bumper bracket mount points.

Just returned from my daily visit to the body shop, after two days of blocking, it received its final primer coat today. Didn’t have my camera with me unfortunately.

Wow, beautiful color and paint. The '71-72 B body is pure sex on wheels.

Looking great can't wait to see pictures of it finished.
Sometimes I get to feeling that if Xmas, Fathers Day and my Birthday did not exist, then aftershave too would not exist.

I like the wheels, Doug. The wheels are like the icing on the cake, IMOP.
