Legendary sail panel boards

Post by ct71rr » Sat Dec 27, 2008 1:25 pm

Hello all, I'm going to take advantage of Legendary's sale ending 12/31. Which sail panels are correct for my '71 RR? "perforated" or "non-perforated"? I have the deluxe interior, if that matters.

Thanks in advance!!

my 71 sebring came with the deluxe bench interior and the factory headliner was perforated - sail panels were non-perforated - not sure if there's a "for sure" way to know, but maybe that'll help you out

I still have the original sail panels for my car. They are non perforated plain black cardboard. I believe the perforated are covered in headliner fabric.

Don't know if mine was deluxe interior or not.

O.K., thanks for the info guys. My headliner is also perforated. Looks like I'll go with the non-perforated sail panels then.

The sail panels I took out of a SSP with the deluxe interior were covered with headliner material, same cardboard, it was just covered.
