No, actually it wasn't Chip. The guy who made it was Troy Trapania(hope I spelled the last name right) for Joe. He has a shop in Illinois called "Rad rods by Troy". Troy and Chip have done some work together in the past.

Foose did "consult" on that car as I remember. He did a rendering, which included two tone paint.

Ultimately, Joe vetoed the two-tone.

No,Chip Foose designed the Sick Fish.Troy and other ride members built it.
