Insturment bezel

What year did the insturment bezels change? I mean, when did the little wiper and headlight was added?
Was it from '72-'74 or '73-'74?

iF YOU ARE REFERING TO THE INDICATOR
LIGHT TO THE LEFT OF THE SWITCH IT WAS '74
I said "Don't look Ethel,but it was to late."

Yes, thats what I mean, Thanks. Someone is selling one and he says it was for a '72-'74. I said no
