I would keep it original also, but if you want to have some fun, pull the engine and put in the 440+6 . The engine bay needs a good cleaning anyway. You'd have a kewl looking sleeper without having to get into all of the pitfalls of changing everything on the car and you have the luxury of putting the original engine back in and selling a sweet original car if a real RR/GTX comes along some day.

I would keep it original, I have a 71 Sebring Plus, and I think its nice to keep these cars as is. Believe it or not, i see more RR's and GTX's then SSP's. Everyone wants to clone them. :D ...plus finding a 72 RR grille would be a royal pain the the A$$!!

No matter what you do, good luck and happy miles!
yea Miguel is the guy i bought it from. He said he has over 300 mopars! and thats why he was selling this one for cheap, he needed to get rid of it.

Welcome to the nest...

I know that car was on moparts cause he was asking $7900 then $6800 for it and I was tempted cause it looked so clean. I hope MIG doesn't mind me cross posting his photobucket page but since it was on moparts Here is his page with even more pics of that car. Good thing I didn't buy it cause I would have lined it up for a donor car for my GTX and its to clean for that. Need to keep all the clean cars alive and being driven.

Nice buy..... [/url]

Defiantly agree with you! Huge fan of the 440 6 barrel. I agree you should leave the car as she looks and keep her a Sebring Plus.

Don't see too many, and one with a big block wedge with three 2bbls would entice me.

Also like the In-Violet, however, I would leave that unique color in place.

Once again, your special hot rod, do what your heart feels; your ride, who cares. It's what brings you joy.

Nice deal! Have fun!
