I was poking around on AMD's website and noticed they no longer list their '71 RR quarter panels as due in last 1/4 '08. It now show an icon for a "picture". Could it be that the panels are almost ready???????????

I haven't had a chance to call them yet.

Soon means sometime in '08 possibly. They were supposed to be test fitting the lower patch panels by now, but only the front panel has come in. Unfortunately for me, I can't wait any longer and have to have the shop fabricate the patches I need from scratch. Oh well.

Got an email yesterday from AMD. They stated quarters may possibly be available in 60 to 90 days...for what it's worth...

Keep them fingers and toes crossed!!!

Really? Why do they email just to tease you?
I mean why dont they just wait until they know for a fact they will have them instead of emailing eveyone and getting there hopes up.
