lol my fam is big on fords, but they all used to be mopar guys...xcept my mom's side of the fam - they're die hard GM......i haven't been to many big shows, either (i went to heartland nationals though - mainly for hot rods), but i think i'm gonna go to the big mopar one in IA this year - i wish they had a non-judged class, though, cuz my score will be about 5 out of 100 if compared to how it's supposed to look...plus it's not done yet haha :D

I guess I had a good automobile upbringing in the heartland. I'm originally from Warsaw, Indiana, and it's somewhat close to Kokomo and New Castle where there were Chrysler/Plymouth and Dodge plants, so there were always a lot of Mopars around the north central part of Indiana. I can remember seeing and riding in the first Barracuda when an uncle of mine bought one and drove it out to our great grandfather's farm. I was only seven and thought that that back window slope was just about the coolest thing I had ever seen.

It doesn't mean everyone was a Mopar lug nut, some were Ford's, but most were Mopar.
