Well I just got a email from Wayne the guy I purchased my sunroof Roadrunner from and he said he found my broadcast sheet. He's sending me the broadcast sheet so now I have all the proof to prove it's rarity and he showed me a website of guys making quarter panels for 71-72 Roadrunners. I checked them out and looks good except Wayne said they'll be out 2nd quarter for $700 a side

Stephens is just reselling the panels. They're being made by AMD (Auto Metal Direct). I personally don't like Stephens much...
