New game w/Mopars

Post by aerodynamic » Sat Jan 12, 2008 11:07 pm

Just saw an ad for a new video game called Burnout Paradise. Don't recall the system, sorry, but amongst the cars shown are a Barracuda and a 3rd gen Road Runner!

PS3 was the system. I just checked out the sample video because I thought it was a road runner too. Apparently they have a concept car with the 71 bumper style (kinda). Due to be released 1/22/08.

I could be wrong and maybe they do have a loop bumpered road runner, but I think it was the concept car I saw.

OK, I admit it, I was wrong.

I saw the commercial on ESPN tonight and it is definitely a 71 Road Runner I think it is red, has a blower, and looks mean as hell.

I didn't see the correct footage the first time, so I need to apologize to aerodynamic. Sorry Big Guy.

The are some cool looking rides on that game. It is set up for Xbox360 as well as PS3.

Well I would rather do that to my car in a game then out on the street. :D

I know back in the day of PS1 that Grand Turismo 2 you could drive a '71 GTX or Roadrunner (dont remember which one it was). It was my favorite car to drive except it didn't handle as nice as the sport cars even all modded up. :?
