gear vendor
anyone put in a gear vendor overdrive in a 1971 RR 440-6 4speed,how much cutting and hammer work?
I installed it on my 72 Roadrunner 440-Auto... 4spd won't make a difference, although I rather would get a passion 4spd or something like that!
I just had to hammer a few millimeters on the side of the tunnel (about 1 square inch) and on one spot on the top of the tunnel, that's it... nothing big and if the driveshaft is installed back someday you won't see it behind the exhaust system...
