I have seen them available through Year One, Classic Industries, and also on e-bay. They are gold in color. I, unforturnately, can't tell specific measurements or even if your supposed to have one.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

I have one on my '71 GTX so it is a safe bet you should have one on the Right fender.Do a search, they are reproduced
plastic. Price around 10.00 US. I think i got mine from Dixie a few years ago.

you absolutely should have one on the right fender a few inches down from the body line and centered between jamb and wheel opening

Wondering that myself. Seen many cars with it and some without it. Why? IDK

I would suspect the ones seen without pentastars had the fenders replaced at some point and the body shop didn't want to bother drilling the hole in the new fender to replace the star.

When I got my 71 GTX it did not have one, had the fenders media blasted and revealed 2mall holes for penstar. Some body had just filled them in over the years.
