' 72 Exh manifold

Post by roelbest » Tue Feb 16, 2010 4:58 pm

I am looking for a pass side HP exh manifold for my 440 roadrunner. Would anyone know the correct casting number for this part?
All I can find is 3614997, which is ' 72 400-ci with 2barrel. Would the 440 be a different manifold?
Thanks!

Info I have calls for 2899968, 72' 400 and 440HP 4bbl, pass side, non-California. Same info verifies the number and app. you posted.

FWIW, if you’re not concerned with the numbers thing, the 73’ version (3751072) of that BB HP pass side manifold is the same casting without the heat riser valve.

The frustrating thing is I bought a correct set about a year ago, and it got completely lost in shipping to the UK. In all the years I never lost a part, then this happened. Guess that is life. I'll keep on trying to find the correct one, if not, '73 will be the next option,
thanks

Here’s a set with pictures on e-bay. Carful, appears the right manifold is cracked.
