They did have retractable belts, but there was a separate shoulder belt that you clipped onto the lap belt once it was attached.

i knew that was how the earlier ones were, but i thought the later cars were like most of the dusters i've seen with the lap and shoulder combined -- they look kinda strange... Anyway, paddock makes the clips for the cuda, which may or may not be the same...not sure if they're the right ones, though, as they say guides, so maybe they are the ones for the lower belts and not the shoulder harnesses.

I don't see clips on the paddock site, although I did see the covers for the shoulder mount.
