71' RR overflow tank placement
The previous owner of my RR chucked the factory overflow tank. Does anyone have pics of where the overflow tank would go on a 71' RR or other close variant?

If you're talking about the overflow for the radiator, 71 road runners didn't have one....just a hose from the rad. tank fill down to daylight.
AKA Butterscotch71....the road runner nest is out to win you over this year!

Thanks for the info Eric. I know my dads 67' Dart was the same way too, just wasn't sure if they came out with something in 71'. Alright well thanks again. Any suggestions for a factory looking tank?

i believe you can get a 72-up tank and bracket, but they're very pricey...$180
i bought a universal tank that i mounted in the header area out of sight - not sure that i need it, but it couldn't hurt
