I have a 71 Roadrunner and would like to remove the Rallye Dash. Does the steering Wheel have to come off, and if it does, how would I do this? THANKS.

The wheel doesn't HAVE to come off, but dropping the steering column helps.

Under the dash along either side of the column are 4 bolts holding it in place. There are also 4 bolts holding the column to the firewall. Remove all those bolts and the column should pretty well lay on the seat.
