Road Runner Nest

Are 73 and 74 Road Runner Taillights and bezels the same for both sides? It looks like the housing could be flipped for either side.

Yes I believe the housings can be moved from side to side. I think the difference is in the wiring from the factory, The drivers side wiring has the wire to the license plate light and the ground to body wire. I have 7 sets and 1 set still in the bumper that doesn't look like they have ever been removed and I don't see any numbers on them to show right or left
