Hey guys new to The Forum and I'm already in need of some help

I have a 74 RR and I'm wanting to give it more of the restomod / pro touring look so the first thing on the chopping block is wheels and tires keep in mind this is a low budget build the wheels are

Vision Torque 143 Gun Metal Machined Lip Wheel (18x8.5"/5x114.3mm) 20 mm offset

the tires are
Achilles ATR SPORT 2 All-Season Radial Tire - 235/45-18

do you guys think that I'll have any problem with fitment or rubbing any insight would be much appreciated thanks and have a great day

My suggestion would be to buy a wheel/ tire gauge. Don't know the real name. You mount it on hub and it will tell you exactly what size and or combo will fit. Summit may have them.

never heard of that tire brand, if you want decent performance tires on the cheap buy them from https://www.discounttiredirect.com/ I live in Canada and get them shipped to the border, pick them up and they are usually around 1/2 the price of what I can find up here...

the 20mm offset might be too much, I don't run a stock setup but those that do might chime in

Did you pursue getting that tire? Heard over from a guy at the local meet up who recently got them and never heard any complain.

To me, 18's don't look right on a classic car. My buddy runs 17's with 5mm offset. They don't look too big. He fitted some touring tires in 315/35/17 size.
