Radio Antenna

Does anyone have an original 71 antenna that is out of their car, that I could get a good picture of the base. I can't seem to get this repo attached to the fender right, maybe it's just not made right.

No, I haven't. I was wanting to see an original, the part inside the fender to compare it to the repos. Thanks

Sometime after I bought the car I discovered that the previous owner had hidden the antenna in the space behind the plastic splash guard. It was tied to the fender support and the bezel and nut were missing. I can't be certain that the base is original. When it's all assembled on the fender, the antenna leans slightly outward. This is determined by the bezel rather than the base. In the photos, the view is as seen from looking backward through the fender.
