on my 74 4-speed roadrunner the nuetral safety switch is hanging down by the pedals does anyone have a pic that shows were it mounts and what trips it so the car will start.if you have a pic please e-mail it to tb3cuda@charter.net

I believe that would be a clutch start switch. I don't have any pics, but someone else here may. Look for a place on the clutch pedal bracket to mount it such that the pedal arm will actuate it. Something like the brake pedal switch.

The newest manual I have is 1972. It is mentioned in the service diagnosis for starter relay not engaging, but I can't spot it in the electrical diagrams.

thanks ,now i need to find one,my wire lead broke off at the black plastic housing,e-mailed a company about fixing it but for what they want i am hoping to find a nice used one
