What is a deluxe steering wheel with roadrunner emblem (which emblem is proper for a 73)
When it says upper door frame white what does that mean?
Trim grade deluxe looks like?
Trim color black and white: what is black and what is white?

Sometimes those decoders don't do a real good job of describing the codes/options. Throw us the specific codes and we will sort them out for you.
The upper door frame paint code I can help with. On most 71-74 Satellites/RRs, the door panel does not cover the inner door frame completely - you can see some body color paint when the door is closed along the bottom. So the factory painted the bottom edge of the door a similar or same color as the interior.
Trim grade deluxe & Black and white pertains to your seat/interior code possibly? Like P6XW?
Check out this website:

And under the library tab:

Someone correct me if I am wrong - XW - Black and White interior - Carpet, Dash, and Steering column black, Seats and door panels white.

Looks like that decoder works well for the 72-74 model year cars. Could you let us know where you found that online decoder? Thanks, Scott.

Very good! I have not been back to this decoder page since this new version was uploaded. Looks like it is pretty easy to use.
