In the process of treating rust on my floor pans, its become apparent that I may need to do some sheet metal repairs on the inner rockers when I get around to replacing the outer rockers. After pondering how I might go about it, I figure I need to know who the rockers are fabbed. Hence I made a sketch of how it appears to go together. The sketch is just the cross-section of the sheet metal about midway along the door.
Can anyone confirm that my sketch is correct? Also, I wonder if there are any internal braces/gussets or other structure for strengthening.

There is an internal brace that is located close to the front of the door opening. I wish my car was not in storage! I will search my pics to see if I have any better details. Scott.
