Does a 26" radiator fit on a car with a 22"?
Any sheet metal modifications?

There is an additional peace of sheet metal that has to be install on one side. I think it is available from most of the vender adoring to where you live.

You can buy the right side core plate but the left side is also different between 22" and 26". Just did this on a customers car. 1/2" difference on the left side. FPM also shows different plate on the left but everyone thinks you just need to change the right side..

You have to cut the old rad support plate off and weld on a different one. If you don't want to spend the money on new sheet metal you can cut a strip out of the old one and weld it to fit the 26" rad.

No they are different but can make the left side work. I'll get some pictures of one that we are doing now.
Also what year is your car? The right side plate being made is for 71-2. 73-4 is different. Also we got one off of e-bay for 130.00
