Road Runner Nest

Hi all ! (my first post)

I have a 1972 RR and I need to apply the Roadrunner emblems to the rear quarter below the rear side windows, the emblems are the adhesive type and I purchased a NOS set but the adhesive has dried out and there is NO way they will stick, I shelled out good money for this NOS set that are now completely useless, do they make new adhesive for these ? do they make new emblems that come with good strong adhesive ?? I need help please. what the hell do I do ?

3m makes a double back sticky tape for emblems ,you roll it out on the emblem ,then have to hand carve around the emblem with a razor blade ,they used to make an emblem and weatherstrip adhesive also ,you could apply to what you have ,let it tack up ,and stick them on ,couple options ,am sure there are other ways also
