center console sticker/screw ideas

Post by dangina » Wed Feb 11, 2015 7:42 pm

I'm getting closer to finishing my car and I just realized that when I go to finally place the fake woodgrain console, it will cover the screws that hold the plate down. Down the road I may want to move the plate for whatever reason, what have you guys done so it still ends up looking nice? put the sticker on first and then put the screws in? I was thinking maybe cutting a hole smaller than the screw with a knife for a cleaner look. What do you think?
