the difference between satellite and Roadrunner upholstery p
I have a 72 satellite Sebring plus. It has bucket seats. The last time I looked a couple years ago about upholstery it seemed to me that there was a difference in the patterning of the upholstery the stitching the padding.as I was thumbing through restoration catalogs upholstery kits could be had for the roadrunner and charger but the satellite seem to be left out of the catalogs I was looking at then..although the patterning of the satellite and Roadrunner appeare to be very similar and most would not notice, I do have it in mind that there is a difference. Any thoughts on this?

I think it's all the same as far as the seats go. You could get the same seats in any of the different models. Differences depend only on the option code and model year of the car as far as I've seen.
Upper door panels are a different story.

Bucket seats were the same for 71 and 72 Satellite and Road Runner.

The upper door door panels on the RR for 1972 looked like this with buckets and premium bench seat too.

Also standard RR interior bench seat and door panels on 1972 RR's

well the picture of the bucket seats look right. maybe it was just the reproduction seat covers were not accurate. now I am wondering about the folding center armrest and the pad between the seats. That must have been an option also.

"Folding center armrest" was an option, yes. Typically referred to as a "buddy seat".
I bought Legendary covers for my 72 and I compared to the originals (which weren't in terrible shape) and they are close. Any differences aren't very noticeable if there are any.

Bucket seat upholstery was almost the same between 71 and 72. 71s had a stitched vertical pleated seam on the rear of the headrest where the 72 lacked the pleat.

I wish the reproduction seat cover tuck and roll was more pronounced like original. They seem flat compared to original.
