71 GTX Rocker Moldings

How rare are these bigass rocker moldings? At first I thought they were from a Gran Coupe Barracuda, but they sure look legit.

Pretty rare. One of my earliest posts here was looking for a pair. None to be found. One day on a whim about 16 months ago or so I looked again on ebay. Low and behold a pair in pretty good shape that I snapped up for $500.

I had rocker moldings on my 71 Satellite Sebring back in the late 70s but I don't remember what they looked like. A friend gave me an old pic of my car she salvaged from her house fire but its to small and damaged to see any details.

Were they rare on the Satellites Sebrings and were they the same style?

Apparently the 71 Satellite Sebring rocker moldings are different and so are the 72s.
