original 1972 battery
I see most restorations done on 1972 Roadrunners have the batteries that have the 6 individual caps. I believe that changed in 1972. I think they came with these batteries. anyone have a original picture from back then that shows one?

The original battery's say mopar,equip, and black case. Those are replacment
battery's from the dealership.

If you decide to go with the OE battery look, there two companies that sell them, Antique auto battery, and some other company that people like Year One, and Manicini sells. Now antique auto is higher in price, but it is a better battery from a safety standpoint.
