Noticed yesterday water leak inside. What is the best way to take core out? Do I need to remove whole box or is it possible to split it under the dash?
Thanks!

I think it'd be way easier to just take the box out...connections and bolts on the firewall, vacuum connection inside, and voom...can't remember if you can do it with the dash in place...
and while you're at it, get one of the DMT kits that gives you all brand new foam and re-seal that...ya know..."while you were in there"

Just did this same thing.
Just take the whole box out to do it. You don't need to take your dash apart....just take the radio out, cables off, undo the 4 bolts on the firewall and the one over by the passenger floor vent. It slides out pretty easy and like mentioned above - Get new foams as if they are original ones they'll be shot!

Guys - whole box is on the shop floor now, wasn't so bad about 1 hour job.
I removed front seats as well because of wet carpet.
DMT gaskets and new core and it will be perfect again!
Thanks!

Why don't you call Glen Ray radiator, I bet they can fix it. Theres nothing like having the original part back in your car.
