Road Runner Nest

Does anyone have information on the placement of the holes for the GTX rear quarter emblem? I looked through the service books, they only call out part numbers but give no dimensions for holes. My buddy had his quarters replaced but they do not have those holes. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, the holes on the old quarters were different from passenger to driver, so not taking dimensions off of those.

Really, I can't believe that nobody has some sort of repair manual that would give location dimensions for the emblem. I guess I will have to measure a couple of GTX's to get them.

I looked through my factory engineering docs, and unfortunately they only show placement for adhesive backed emblems, not pin mounted ones.

Does anyone have there quarter panel GTX emblems off, and can give me hole locations. Replaced both quarter as UPPY has stated and need to verify. Thanks

I can get measurements for some specific point of the emblem - say the bottom of the T - how far back from the door opening and how far above the bottom edge of the door. You could locate the holes from there. Would have to yank the interior and remove the emblems to get the hole locations. Can't do that just yet, but will be at least yanking the interior sometime in the near future.

Would that get you what you need?

Yes still looking, hole locations would be great.When they removed my quarters each side was different. Just trying to get right the first time. THANKS!!

Hi here are your quarter emblem locations, from the top of the quarter panel come down 18 3/4 to first hole,second hole come down 19 3/4. From door jam 2 3/4 to first hole and 6 1/4 to the next hole ( 9 in from the door jam to last hole ) from the bottom line on the quarter panel up to the hole 4 5/8. If you don't understand call me.
