Houndstooth interior
Guys: Did 71 Road Runners come with an option for houndstooth interior? Or was it Satellite only?

Not really a "hounds tooth" pattern, but yes, it was available on RR (and GTX).

That's good to hear as I just scored a pair of front buckets that came out of a 71 Satellite.
These buckets have been in storage since 1980 and are in great shape with no tears, I just have to steam clean the material. But there are no rips in the vinyl and the seats even came with the tracks! I think they will match the back seat that came in my car when I bought it! Will post a picture after I steam clean them.
