Bumper Jack Restoration

Looking for someone that specializes in correctly restoring bumper jacks. Any help would be appreciated.

I did my own, it's not that hard. Just take it apart and have it bead blasted, then have the mast yellow cad plated. Go to auto store or tractor supply and buy grey spray paint.Some cars had green hooks, john deer is almost a match for that.Put it back together.
